Annual subscriptions that have been used for more than 30 days are not eligible for a full refund but may qualify for a prorated credit toward future services at our discretion.

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using our platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the service without explicit permission
• Using the service to send spam, unsolicited communications, or phishing attempts
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the service
• Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity

All content, features, and functionality of the platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and their compilation — are the exclusive property of the company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification clauses, and limitations of liability.

• You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
• Active subscriptions will remain billed until the end of the current billing period
• We may delete your data after 30 days following account termination
• You may request an early data export before the deletion period
• Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination

In no event shall the company, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
